10 Folders (2 of each color) with prongs and pockets, Green (Science), Blue (Math), Red (Take home work), Yellow (READING) and Orange (Social Studies)
5 packages of Wide ruled notebook paper
2 Mead Composition Notebooks (Black and White design)
1 box Markers, color pencils or crayons
10 No. 2 Pencils (Mechanical pencils can be used)
1 package of eraser tops
1 pair Scissors
1 Glue Stick
1 Ruler with standard and metric markings
1 Protractor
1 package of lined 3 x 5 index cards
2 boxes of ziploc bags, (1 sandwich size and 1 gallon size)
1 bottle of Antibacterial hand sanitizer (not soap) 8oz. or larger
2 each canisters of Clorox disinfecting wipes or equivalent
2 boxes of Kleenex Tissues (large size)
1 Package of computer paper (500 count)
