Child Care Program 
Philosophy
Dr. W. J. Creel's Child Care Program provides a safe and happy place beyond the school day for children of families in the community. The program is supervised by caring, competent, experienced and qualified staff.
Program
Dr. W. J. Creel's Child Care Program offers a 10 month curriculum that encourages children to explore and choose from a variety of activities that are fun, stimulating, and of interest to them. The program not only provides parents quality child care, but also enhances each child's academic and social development. Opportunities for a variety of experiences are provided. Activities may include the following:
- Creative Arts and Crafts
- Sports
- Cooperative Games
- Community Visitors
- Story Time
- Homework Assistance
Days and Hours
We are pleased to offer school age child care before and after school as well as on teacher in-service days. The program will be closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Vacation, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Spring Break and Memorial Day. The program will also be closed on the days indicated as "Holiday for All" and Winter Vacation as per the district calendar.
Our hours for before care will begin at 6:30am. The child will be released to report to their classrooms at 7:45am.
The hours for after care will begin at 2:30pm and close at 6:00pm.
Inservice Day hours of operation will be 6:30am through 5:30pm.
When schools are closed due to weather, disaster, or other safety related issues, The School Age Child Care Program will be closed.
A $10.00 Late Fee will be imposed for each 15-minute increment exceeding closing time. Time is measured by the Center's Clock.
Fees and Payment
A registration fee of $25.00 a year will be charged for the first child and $15.00 will be charged for each additional family member. A 10% discount applies to each sibling after the first child in a family is charged at the full rate.
Payments are due weekly on Monday's.

There is a $10.00 per item Return Check Fee and a $10.00 per week Late Payment Fee.
